At Rose & Perle, we currently ship across Canada only.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and order.

All shipments include tracking, and your tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Order Processing

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Processing times may be slightly longer during launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking information by email.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Rose & Perle is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Rose & Perle is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to have the package reshipped.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within Canada. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is available as an option at checkout, customers who select this option will not be charged a shipping fee. Pickup details and instructions will be provided separately.
